hello, we're rpc, and this is Cheryl Carder

For our fourteenth installment of the "hello, we're rpc" series, we're talking with Cheryl Carder!

Based out of Camano Island near Seattle, Washington, Cheryl works for rpc as a Regional Technician Recruiter (RTR). She is responsible for recruiting Automotive Technicians for BMW dealerships located in the Northwestern region. Cheryl's current recruiting efforts include working directly with dealerships to identify level of needs, create job postings/share center opportunities, attending career fairs/public events to identify potential candidates for consideration and presenting avenues for employment with BMW.

Cheryl has previous recruiting and HR experience from her role at Aviation Technical Services as well as previous hiring experience as Co-owner of a restaurant, Leatherheads Pub, in Stanwood, Washington.
