Christian is President of rpc America and the managing director of rpc Global - responsible for the German, Austrian, Swiss and Chinese markets. After finishing his business degree and taking part in the BMW Group's junior talent program, Christian held various roles in the financial division of the BMW Group, including serving as the head of investor relations. As CFO of the BMW Group Canada, he joined the sales division in 2007 before focusing entirely on retail as the head of retail performance consulting at the BMW Group as of 2011.
Tina Clements has been the successful leader of rpc America since 2013. Before being asked to launch the US office, she worked for more than a decade within the BMW Organization and in the Learning & Development industry since 1996. Tina’s vast experiences in L&D, Human Resources & professional development have helped define and create the rpc brand and in turn elevates our partners. An expert in facilitation, Tina is a published author and dynamic keynote speaker.
Coaching & Consulting Director
Stella’s can-do attitude creates momentum to develop and over-see innovative, thoughtful, and dynamic curriculum and events. With 20+ years in the adult education world, Stella has a knack for putting ideas into motion that garner enthusiasm and resonate with event participants and clients through both instructor led and web based training. Stella is also an accomplished facilitator with more than a decade under her belt as a public speaker.
Joseph is a positive, effective leader, who loves developing new relationships. Skilled in communicating, Joseph is a Certified Coach and dominant activator who loves to be in motion. Clients appreciate his fast thinking and analytical thought process to work through problems and craft the best solutions using open-ended questions, active listening and data-driven analysis.
Adriana brings a fresh perspective and an abundance of creative energy to every project. With 6+ years of training and event experience, she has a proven aptitude for designing interactive curriculum, creating visually stunning deliverables, and delivering memorable event experiences. Preferring to orchestrate the action behind the scenes, Adriana is also an accomplished event and media producer.
Grecilda is the very first Data Analyst at rpc America. Data, Excel, Tableau are in her everyday vocabulary. She brings to the table a Masters and a Bachelor's degree in Data Science. Her research, critical thinking and math skills make her a great asset to the team
RTR Project Manager
Hannah joined rpc in 2020 as the Business Administrator. She supports rpc on all back-end functions and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Hannah also brings her background in public relations and communications to elevate rpc’s appearance on social media and to the public.
Steve has a precise, strategic approach to recruiting and leadership. He understands the level of expertise his clients expect and he delivers; creating a long-lasting career advantage to each applicant and team member. In 2015, Steve joined rpc as a Regional Technician Recruiter (RTR) for the BMW NA Dealership network in the Southern Region. He has since been elevated to running the program nationally, and currently holds the title of RTR Project Manager. Through his past experience, Steve prides himself on finding the right candidate for each BMW Center, as well as the right opportunity for both novice and experienced technicians.

Sarah’s unique outlook and stellar relationship building skills allows her to elevate the recruiting experience for her clients as she facilitates school career days, job fairs and events at vocational schools. Sarah brings more than a decade of recruiting experience to the table in industries from litigation to technology to medical devices, eCommerce and to Digital Media. Prior to launching her rpc career, Sarah led her own recruitment agency where she specialized in creative, social media and marketing responsibilities.
Lesley is responsible for recruiting Automotive Technicians for BMW dealerships located in the Central region of the US. Lesley began her career as a Regional Recruiter with United Parcel Service over twenty years ago and quickly learned that she had a passion for finding great talent. Her expertise and ability to produce the high caliber of talent needed has added great value to the organizations she has been a part of throughout her career.

Julie has worked in the automotive industry for over ten years, gaining experience in Recruiting and Human Resources. As a seasoned Recruiter, she is passionate about creating and fostering relationships with the dealers, searching for talent and finding the right candidates who will generate long term value.

Justin’s breadth of experience in sales, financial management, and process analysis enables him to evaluate and advance clients in a holistic manner. Justin’s paramount belief is that every business has a point of differentiation that can be utilized in a competitive manner. Identifying these points allows for Justin to deliver a tailored approach to maximizing efficiency. As a certified Coach through iPEC, Justin knows the right questions to ask to get the results our clients desire.

Having previously served in the Marines for 16 years, Matthew brings a wide range of experience ranging from aviation maintenance, customer service, sales, and recruiting. Through this experience, he has a strong background in leadership training and team building, with training in public speaking as well. Within his work and personal life, Matthew believes in striving to not only meet expectations, but to exceed them. His recruiting efforts include working directly with dealerships to identify level of needs, create job postings/share center opportunities, attending career fairs/public events to identify potential candidates for consideration and presenting avenues for employment with BMW.

Christopher turned his passion into a profession, beginning to train as a mechanic at UTI while working as a lube tech. From there, he quickly set his sights on BMW, graduating from the BMW STEP program, becoming a BMW Master Technician and eventually a Fixed Operations Manager at one of our BMW Dealerships. In his position in the Southwest Regional Technical Recruiter, he brings retail experience and a unique understanding of the career path of a technician to the role to help his dealers attract and retain quality BMW technicians.

Based out of Camano Island near Seattle, Washington, Cheryl is responsible for recruiting Automotive Technicians for BMW dealerships located in the Northwestern region of the US. Her recruiting efforts include working directly with dealerships to identify level of needs, create job postings/share center opportunities, attending career fairs/public events to identify potential candidates for consideration and presenting avenues for employment with BMW.
With 20+ years of HR leadership experience, Tamara has delivered leadership strategy, program design and development and HR Consulting for talent acquisition, wellness, benefits and compensation. She has initiated and deployed organizational and individual leadership requirements, championed change management initiatives and shaped programming for business growth and enhanced employee productivity and morale.
